1. You must provide a legitimately FREE gift.
This event is also focused on assisting younger marketers to obtain products and services to start to build their online business. However, they MUST promote the Fair Rainbow GiveAway as well! All referring actions are tracked!
The best products are those that can be downloaded instantly after the double opt in process.
You must provide rights coming along with your product, describing the limitations on the use of the product. Tell the members who download it what they can and cannot do with the product you offer.
You must be certain that you can give the product away for free, and it is your responsibility to make sure that you do not violate any Terms and Conditions that are on the product(s) that you are providing. You are encouraged to provide several gifts, and you will only need to register with a single eMail address to do so.
Your gift needs to be hosted on your own server or a server that you have legitimate access to. If you do not have a website, you can provide an eMail address to communicate and offer your gift. We shall have to get access to your gift whether you have a website or not.
On registering, you agree that you are 100% LEGALLY liable for the gift that you provide to ensure that it meets the original authors Terms and conditions of service.

We check the legitimacy of the products and services you provide. This is to ensure that the products conform to the "product listing guidelines", as set out in #6 below.

This GiveAway event is permanent, there are two new sessions a year.

You cannot use Web Surfing Exchanges and Free For All (FFA) Pages to promote The Fair Rainbow GiveAway event.
Be sure that you do not violate any herein mentioned policy, otherwise your account will be deleted.
You may use targeted video advertising for promoting this GiveAway, through any legal channel you choose. You cannot claim that the site is yours, referring to the copyright conditions.
9. Commitment to promote this event:
You must promote the event, it is of your major interest (*). Valuable advantages are offered to those who are fair to the Fair Rainbow GiveAway. We keep on coding new systems, therefore you should promote non stop. Numbers of referrals are tracked and calculated on 7 levels! A contributor who do not generate at least 3 referrals, from the fifth day following each new session launch, will have his (her) gifts removed from the GiveAway. I would like to help to start up people without a list, I want to respect referrers work and positive attitude, therefore, to manage this dialectic, the GiveAway will display all the gifts during the first 5 days following each new session launch.

If you have a dispute about the event, or donations of gifts, please immediately log a ticket: support center. We will endeavour to resolve your dispute as quickly as we can. If we can't resolve it quickly, we will let you know our progress and may ask you for further assistance.
If you have a dispute with a contributor that relates directly to a gift provided in this event, please attempt to resolve that dispute between yourselves.
If the gift which is provided by another person violates your legal rights, please immediately log a ticket at the support center.
Gifts that are supposed to violate any "rights condition" will be immediately removed from the event, until the situation is cleared up and resolved.
Suspended accounts can be reactivated once the situation is resolved, unless there are other factors that are deemed to affect the account from remaining opened. In any case, we will aim to provide you with reasons why your account is suspended so that you can meet our concerns or the concerns raised by your peers.
You do not need to address any issues that are raised. This decision is up to you.
All disputes will be resolved by the web site owner, a drastic way.
We do not guarantee that you will be allowed to access the site if you previously had your account suspended.
Accounts that are permanently closed are not permitted to promote the event. Please don't harass us or the support center if you blatantly violate these "terms and conditions". We will aim to be fair with you.
